This week our superintendent, assistant superintendents, and counselors took time to sit down and help next year's freshman class get enrolled! Time spent with administrations, parents, and students is something Duncan Public Schools feels can be critical to a students and families success. Duncan Middle School History Club has partnered with the National Association of Counties and will be providing a U.S. Flag Retirement Box, located at the middle school campus. We have focused greatly on recognizing community patriotism in the daily display of the U.S. Flag with our award given to a community member/business during our yearly Veterans Day Assembly. So, we thought it was only proper to be able to provide a way to dispose of any faded, torn, or worn flags.
This "retirement box" will be available in the entrance to Duncan Middle School.
Tomorrow, January 20th, 2025, Duncan Public Schools is closed in observation of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. We can't wait to see all of our students on Tuesday!
